Return Policy

Returns:

Due to the personal nature of our products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is
for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.

Order Cancellation:

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once the order is processed and shipped we cannot make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order cannot be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and cannot be shipped back out.

Defective Items:

If you or your customer received a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at cs@mca-at.xyz. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us. If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect. If a replacement is NOT desired, we will issue a refund of the item upon validation of defect.
